Greetings!  It’s not necessarily proper form to reach out to your readers within your writing, but since I like to feel like I am writing for a purpose and an audience, I’m going to speak to you for a moment.  My writing history is quite unique.  Then again, unique might not be the name for it.  Much of my history of writing was quite hellacious, but, sadly, much of my writing story is shared by many.  Unfortunately, time restrictions and the likes prevented me from discussion more of my writing experiences, but I believe you get to see a pretty nice selection.  While it was my goal to be as factual as possible, many of these instances occurred very early in my life.  On the same note, I mention a variety of teachers and adults that were influential in my writing career.  While one can see that I was often disappointed in their portrayal of the writing process and teaching in general, I wholeheartedly believe that a large majority of these people are quality, upstanding people that truly meant to better my education. In allowing my audience a viewpoint into my history of writing experiences, I hope to make a difference.   Okay, maybe that was a little too sentimental, but I am a rather sentimental person.  In opening my experiences up for public viewing, I am also opening myself up for criticism and vulnerability.  Quite honestly, I am not sure how I feel about that.  At the same time, this exercise turned out to be very therapeutic and allowed me to think about why instances occurred in the fashion that they did.  I was also afforded the opportunity to see what I have learned from my writing trials.

Are you up for the reading?
I sure hope you are.  I had a complete blast recalling various experiences and would love for you to take the adventure with me.
